BC’s finest training campus for operators in the heavy construction industry.

The IUOE Local 115 Training Association (IUOETA) sets a high standard for training our members to meet the needs of industry.  Our 40 acre campus in Maple Ridge utilizes over 35 pieces of Heavy Equipment to provide students the highest level of training possible.

In partnership with industry, the IUOETA provides equipment and safety training to keep members employed and our employers competitive. In 2020, during a pandemic, the IUOETA delivered training to 2405 members; in 2021, we have set our goals even higher.
