Burnaby – The IUOE Canadian Conference has approved the IUOE Disaster Relief Fund to help Operating Engineers who have been affected by flooding in Southern British Columbia.

IUOE Local 115 members can receive $500 worth of financial assistance if they have been served evacuation notice as a result of the disaster.
“Our thoughts are with our members that have been forced from their homes as a result of rising flood waters”
says IUOE Local 115 Business Manager Brian Cochrane.
“it is in times like these that our members pull together and make sure that we provide for each other.”
